These Terms govern use of the Giesa Core website, the GCDeck application, optional TestFlight builds and the GCDeck add-on for Blender.
1. Provider

2. Scope and acceptance
By using the website, GCDeck or the official add-on, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Separate Apple, App Store, TestFlight and Blender terms may also apply.
3. Apple Standard EULA
For GCDeck downloaded through the Apple App Store, Apple’sStandard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA. If there is a conflict concerning the license or use of the iOS application, the Standard EULA prevails unless a valid Custom EULA is provided through App Store Connect.
4. Age and capacity
GCDeck is intended for adults. A user under 18 may use the product with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
5. iOS application license
The GCDeck application, iOS source code, interface, artwork, name and documentation are proprietary. Subject to the Standard EULA and mandatory law, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on supported devices. You may not sell, sublicense, bypass security, decompile or create derivative versions unless the law expressly permits it.
6. Optional TestFlight builds
Giesa Core may provide separate GCDeck builds through Apple TestFlight. These are optional testing versions that may differ from the App Store version, contain defects, have limited availability or expire. Participation does not guarantee access to particular features or later versions.
7. Requirements and trusted networks
You are responsible for a compatible iPhone, iOS, Blender, Windows or macOS, local network, firewall and backups. Use GCDeck only on a trusted local network. Connections are authenticated, but the TCP transport is not encrypted with TLS. Do not expose the add-on port to the public internet.
8. GCDeck add-on for Blender
The iOS application and add-on are separate components. The license file included in a specific public package exclusively governs that add-on package. The official GCDeck add-on 0.9.0 package contains complete source code, the license text and a valid installation structure and is distributed under GPL-3.0-or-later.
Users may use, study, modify and distribute it under that license. Official support may be limited to unmodified Giesa Core packages. Modified versions should be identified as unofficial.
9. Macros, profiles and Python
GCDeck can run macros, Blender operators, property changes and Python code with permissions available to Blender Python. Import and execute only trusted profiles, macros and scripts. You are responsible for reviewing their behavior and effects.
10. Projects and backups
GCDeck commands may change scenes, objects, animation, assets, settings and Blender files. Save the project and maintain independent backups before use. GCDeck is not a backup or version-control system.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the product unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt unauthorized access to devices, networks or clients;
- bypass authentication, technical limits or security controls;
- distribute malicious macros, profiles, scripts or packages as official;
- interfere with the website, app or add-on server.
12. Support and diagnostics
Support is provided on an availability basis without a guaranteed response time or resolution. Do not submit passwords, pairing secrets, private .blend files or information unrelated to the request. Support-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Availability and updates
Giesa Core may update, suspend or discontinue features or particular versions when required for security, compliance, maintenance or product development. You may uninstall the app and disable the add-on at any time.
14. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided “as is” and “as available”. Giesa Core does not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every configuration or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss, lost time, lost profits or data damage resulting from untrusted macros, missing backups, modifications or an unsafe network. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Intellectual property and trademarks
Rights in Giesa Core and the proprietary GCDeck app remain with Michał Giesa. Blender is a trademark of the Blender Foundation. Apple, iPhone, iOS, App Store and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc. GCDeck is an independent Giesa Core product and is not an official product of, sponsored by or endorsed by the Blender Foundation or Apple.
16. Governing law and consumers
These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
17. Language versions
English is the website’s default version. For consumers in Poland, the Polish version prevails, and no discrepancy may limit mandatory consumer rights.
